Fulfillment

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our software products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Items:

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions to our AI marketing tools and services can be canceled at any time. To cancel your subscription, log into your account and navigate to the subscription settings, or contact our support team at support@tokia.ai.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for mid-period cancellations.
