How does the free trial work?

Choose a plan and add a card at checkout to start a 14-day free trial. When it ends, your card is charged for the plan, billing period and number of shops you chose, unless you cancel before then. During the trial you can run up to 300 creator searches a week; your plan’s full allowance starts with the first payment. Cancelling during the trial keeps everything running until it ends, and you won’t be charged. Each account gets one free trial.

Which plan should I choose?

Start with Starter if your shop is new: outreach is unlimited while your affiliate sales over the last 30 days are under $3,000, and 10,000 invitations, messages and follow-ups a month after that. Choose Growth to message creators every day with no monthly limit, answer common questions automatically and run contests and retainers. Premier gives three shops Growth’s features. The trial runs on the plan you pick, and you can switch anytime.

How does per-shop pricing work?

Each plan covers one TikTok Shop, and Premier covers three. Running more shops? Choose how many at checkout, and each one gets the plan’s full allowances.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Change your plan, billing period or number of shops anytime from Settings, and manage invoices and your payment method there too.

Is there a daily outreach limit?

No. Tokia doesn’t cap how many invitations, messages and follow-ups your agents send in a day. Starter allows 10,000 a month, whichever billing period you choose, with no limit while your shop’s affiliate sales over the last 30 days are under $3,000; Growth and Premier have no monthly limit. Messages you send yourself, automatic replies and follow-through messages (after a creator accepts, gets a sample or posts) never count.

Do TikTok’s own limits still apply?

Yes. TikTok limits how many new creators each shop can reach a week, based on its affiliate sales over the last 30 days. Tokia shows the limit and works within it. A bigger Tokia plan doesn’t raise TikTok’s limit.

Can using Tokia get my shop restricted?

Tokia sends the same target collaboration invitations and messages you could send yourself in Seller Center, through the access you approve, and stays within TikTok’s weekly limit on new creators. You can cap each agent’s daily outreach and sending hours, follow-ups stop once a creator replies, and creators who decline are never contacted again. No tool can promise how TikTok treats an account, so Tokia keeps every limit TikTok sets.
