Questions sellers ask
How does Tokia connect to my shop?
You approve Tokia with your TikTok Shop Seller Center account, so you never share your password. Tokia acts only on the shops you approve, and you can revoke access anytime in Tokia or in Seller Center.
Will it spam creators?
No. Tokia stays within TikTok’s weekly limit on new creators, and you can cap how many new creators each agent reaches a day and the hours it sends. Follow-ups stop as soon as a creator replies or requests a sample, creators who decline aren’t contacted again, and agents can skip anyone your other agents contacted recently.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. You add a card when you choose a plan, and your 14-day trial starts right away. You’re charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then in Settings > Plan and billing.
How is Tokia different from TikTok’s Affiliate Center?
Tokia works through the same target collaboration invitations, so creators accept them in TikTok as usual. It adds the work that’s slow by hand: ranking creators by sales and fit, following up until they reply, drafting replies, approving samples by your rules and tying sales back to each creator.
